Bastion Point Surf Beach (lifesaving patrolled during summer period)
Betka Beach (great family beach, safe for children, toilet facilities)
Quarry Beach (dog friendly)
Secret Beach (secluded, beautiful spot)
Shipwreck Creek (40 min drive, dirt road. Well worth the drive)
There are also many other beaches to choose from or find your own little spot.
Boat Ramps
For lake access, boat ramps are located at the Main Warf, Karbethong and Gipsy Point. Fish Cleaning facilities available at all these ramps.
For ocean access the deep sea ramp is located at Bastion Point, with great parking and safe launching.
Walks
Mallacoota Board Walk (walk or bike ride from town to the Narrows)
Genoa Peak (Take the drive out to Genoa, follow Highway signs, dirt road)
Coastal Walking Trail, to the West of Mallacoota, a must to do.
Picnic Areas by Road and Boat
Genoa River Fire Trail (jetty, wood BBQ facility and toilets)
Sou West Arm Track (jetty, wood BBQ facility & toilets)
Double Creek (picnic facilities)
Gipsy Point (toilets available at ramp)
